HexClad is metal utensil-safe, dishwasher-friendly, and oven-safe up to 900째F. (Tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400째F, while stainless steel lids are oven-safe up to 900째F.)

Your purchase includes one HexClad Roasting Pan measuring approximately 14 inches in length, 10 inches in width, and 3 inches in height. Included is a rack that prevents your roast from touching the bottom of the pan.
